“I was recommended to Maureen Callister by a friend, to help me cope with some major challenges in my life. I knew nothing at the time about Kinesiology, but was very interested in trying to heal myself naturally, without chemical assistance.
Many things had occurred which put me in a dark place, and a sense of depression was creeping back into my life, which i was determined not to let back in, but didn’t really know how.
Kinesiology for me was using the body’s muscle reactions to identify imbalances and blockages in the mind, emotions and body. Once identified, reprogramming of these can happen in a remarkably non intrusive manner. I guess there is some mind over matter involved, but the link of past, current, issues, old emotions and habits are identified, and discarded if they no longer apply or are helpful.

She is a natural healer in helping people deal with life’s challenges – identifying what the individual’s real issues are, and helping overcome these. She gives her clients the tools to get themselves better, and be able to get on and enjoy all life has to offer. She has helped me enormously with my continuing journey of self awareness and discovery, and her ability to shed light on dealing with life’s challenges in a positive way is truly a gift which she shares in her sessions.
Specifically Maureen helped me deal with a strong fear I had of cancer returning to my life, which after a second recurrence was dominating my thoughts and clouding my life and many decisions I had to make.
