Well we appear to have navigated safely through to 2013. Kids are back to school the holidays are fading into memories and life is settling down to normal. But I believe things ARE changing and A new era begins. This is a time of change.
In the larger picture the old world establishment and its structure are beginning to change. Power is shifting. Over the past decade we have seen the once revered pillars of our society undermined.
We are still reeling from the collapse of the financial institutions through the GFC. Money no longer holds the power.
We have seen numerous political systems collapse, especially the dictatorships. A few can no longer control the masses. Politics no longer holds the power.
The Esteem of the churches has been called into question. Hypocrisy and perversion have been exposed. Religion no longer holds the power.
These were the institutions that we looked to, to provide us with structure, security and stability. We have to look somewhere else.
Where has the power gone?
Well my friend now it’s your turn. The future depends on you. The power has been returned to your hands. Man and Woman have come of age.
With power comes responsibility.
To quote Louise Hay: “To understand that we are responsible is to be given a great gift, for the same power that helps to create experiences can also change them. We go from being powerless over our circumstances to being people who can mold and shape our lives”
